Late Medieval Solid Silver Armorial Fob Seal

This seal is a very tactile silver fob seal of typical form for late medieval times having a simple suspension loop and long tapering handle to a circular matrix, rather naively engraved with central shield under two crests and very flamboyant garlands on either side within a lined border. 

The seal has yet to be identified but is unlikely to be English. However it is an intriguing little hand seal, clearly of age and very tactile to the touch.
