A charming solid silver fob seal, the handle of standard form topped with suspension loop, tapering to an oval matrix, engraved with the arms of the family COOKE of Wheatley, Co. York and of Cooke of Owston, also of Co. York., within a beaded border.  

Given its age, of some 350 years, the seal is in remarkable condition and its weight gives it a highly tactile feel.
