An impressive and rare 18th century Guild Seal from Germany.  The octagonal steel handle of round top form, tapering to a circular cushion and brass matrix, well engraved comprising central pictorial cartouche displaying a tall leather boot with fish under, along with a circumscription within a lined border reading:
