Impressive copper desk seal with raised integral rectangular handle with suspension loop, the oval matrix very well engraved with a depiction of the Archangel Michael, holding a balance, placing his hand on the head of a kneeling Capuchin who joins his hands in prayer.  Circumscription in orle between a frieze and net border reading:
