This superb medieval silver seal  is a beautiful object, of good weight and substnace with a suspension loop in the handle, tapering to a circular matrix, somewhat naively but deeply engraved with a central robed and nimbate figure, that of Saint Peter, holding a book and keys in his hand with a circumscription reading SAVNCTA PET ORA (Saint Peter pray for us)
