Early 20th Century Murano Glass Desktop Paperweight

OK, not strictly a seal but bear with me.....!

Dating from the early 20th century is this enchanting and beguiling Italian glass paperweight from Murano.  Constructed from blown glass and featuring intricate and vibrant coloured swirls within the depths of the glass ball, the typically goblet-shaped form with wide circular foot enhance the desk setting and intended to be used as a paperweight.   This is one of  a small number of hand-blown glass paperweights that formed part of my late-father's separate private collection alongside the Matrix Collection and I hope it will give as much enjoyment to its new owner as it did my father.
