A French silver desk seal , the cast silver handle of rounded top form, decorated with scroll work, the tapering stem featuring three three graces' figurines set in recessed panels separated by corinthian columns and floral panels, the integral silver collar, heavily cast decorated  and terminating in a rectangular integral matrix, apparently marked with a French poincon, simply engraved with the crest of a griffin standant on ground.

A very charming and elaborately decorated desk seal.
