French 14thc Mediaeval Bronze Ecclesiastical Seal

A mediaeval bronze seal, probably French dating to the 14th century most likely, the flange handle formed with a pierced trefoil in front of a hump, the right segment engraved with the initial B, the mandorla-shaped matrix elaborately engraved with two sections enclosed within gothic tracery, the upper portion with the Virgin or a female saint standing holding a flower in her left hand and a tethered goat in her right, the lower with a seated monk blessing a supplicant who grovels at his feet, within a partially-obliterated inscription, apparently reading:
