C1710 Triple Rotating Crystal & Silver Fob Seal

An unusual and rarely seen steel triple spinning fob seal, Continental, dating to the early 18th century.
A scrolling mount to pull slide, with a swivelling oval triple rock crystal matrices engraved with related arms, initials and/or crest. The arms are reported to be those of the FERNHANDLER family, and the owner with the initials CSB, repeated on all matrices together with arms or crest depending on how formal the signature is required to be.
In excellent condition with no discernible damage to either the crystal nor the silver frame, including the sliding mount.
